The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Elvish combo with intruder alarm and imperious perfect.

Erm, well.... Intruder Alarm has the phrase " Whenever a creature comes into play". The problem with this and the Perfect is simple: When you tap for a Elf Token, you're PUTTING a Token into play, as opposed to the creature "coming" into play. However, you certainly have plenty of creatures to trigger the Alarm.

Also, might I suggest Leyline of Anticipation? Pretty effective for this setup.
The thing about that is no matter how it is "put" into play, it still "comes" into play no matter what. So, even if he was to Zombify it into play, it triggers. If he was to use an Elvish Piper, it still triggers. The cards would have a specific text bounding them to a certain condition before it is allowed, therefor, any creature entering the 'battlefield' in any way will allow the Intruder Alarm to trigger. Chris Marshall Player since 1994
I'm pretty sure Intruder alarm would still work with this--it is a creature token coming into play, so intruder alarm would trigger. If it was something like Lys Alana Huntmaster, that would not be triggered by Imperious Perfect, as he is not playing an elf spell--that may be the lines you are thinking along.
Hmm, interesting. I was always told that it wouldn't be affected by 'putting a token into play'. My bad. Player since 1996 And still learning...
Some possible additions to this deck would be Presence of Gond and Immaculate Magistrate. This is a pretty sweet deck. I use a similar but mono-green combo in my elf deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549 Only infinite if I use coat of arms, which I tend not to, but I can still get 300 elves on turn 5/6 consistently.
