The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Need some Emeria lands in there, also maybe run Day of Judgment.

I would reccomend Admonition angel for white creature removal but I don't think you could feasibly play it without drastically altering the deck, due to your low land numbers. other than that you for creature removal.... harm's way, divine verdict, journey to nowhere maybe? maybe sideboard in lightwielder paladin /celestial purge, which only work against black and red? though the judges tend to frown on sideboarding for color destruction, but they made iona so they're just going to have to deal with it.
righteousness and pacifism are other cards that could help.
also I don't really see why you have the equipment you have... in place of those, in my opinion, I'd do marshal's anthem or honor of the pure won't claim to be an expert, just tossing out ideas.

What I truly don't understand is Kazandu Blademaster here. I think I'd nix a Palace guard to add another Captain of the Watch, and swap the equipment and the Ascension for more lands, Pitfall Trap (or ala-block removal; still isn't too late), pro-black/pro-red, or hell, even Honor of the Pure... Zen-block soldiers worth noting might be Kor Hookmaster and Kor Aeronaut, and Zen-block removal really only goes so far as Day of Judgement and Pitfall Trap right now... Seems fine for casual play as it is (a little too light on lands and too heavy on higher-mana cards), but if you're looking for a tourny-worthy Standard deck, it needs more work.
I'd recommend Brave the Elements, and Harm's Way.. and consider Jitte.
