I would not consider "Skirk Fire Marshal", simply because it is way too expensive for what it brings to the table. I had actually considered "Warren Instigator", but alas I did not favor it over any of the final cards. :P

If "Nissa Revane" wasn't so easy to destroy, then I would definitely take 2 out & put in 2 "Genesis Wave" or 2 "Joraga Warcaller." Also, having the chance to have more Leylines in my opening hand is just too good to pass up. xD lol
All very good options, but alas stacking the Leylines could potentially be so much better than the Joragas. :P lolHaving 4x "Quest for Renewal" is also a must, both to have a higher chance of drawing it & in case it were destroyed. Combine with "Wellwisher" to gain 1 life for each Elf in play, once in my turn & once in every opponent's turn. Also, to use "Llanowar Elves" and/or "Elvish Archdruid" to generate mana, then use "Imperious Perfect" to generate even more elves, & then keep "Timberwatch Elf" available to boost creature defenses - all on every opponent's turn. Although, I would use "Wellwisher" after I use "Imperious Perfect" to generate more elves & thus have more life gained. xD"Genesis Wave" would be great, but as I don't want it to replace anything else in the deck & as I'm trying to keep the card count down to 60, it's unfortunately excluded. :-/ lol
Yeah, that dragon is pretty hard to turn down. xD
I was deciding between "Goblin War Strike" and "Goblin Grenade", because they were both very good options at the time & I chose the latter, simply because I could do more damage early game. But since you brought it back to my attention, I thought it best to replace "Leyline of Lightning" in my Sideboard with "Goblin War Strike" & then switch it with "Boggart Shenanigans." Tyvm :)As for the others, here's my reasons for not choosing them:Rise of the Hobgoblins: It is a very useful enchantment, but I wouldn't consider replacing anything else in the deck for it. The only things I'd consider replacing it for would be "Quest for the Goblin Lord" or "Boggart Shenanigans", but alas I find "QftGL" more useful to the deck's playstyle. Yes, I could potentially have some more little Goblins in play & have the ability to pay 1 mana to give all of my Goblins "First Strike", but I'd rather give a boost to all of my Goblin's attack power at 0 cost. Also, I anticipate that a lot of my Goblins would be sent to the Graveyard, so having "Boggart Shenanigans" is a must for the damage potential. :PChancellor of the Forge: Very high cost (7), since I'm trying to do as many things as possible at the lowest possible price & I'm also trying to stay true to the deck being a "Tribal" deck, therefore excluding all other creature types, including Giants that have Goblin abilities. :P
I've considered all but Goblin Ringleader, which I don't care to use & here are my reasons:Goblin Ringleader: High Cost (4), only to be a 2/2 with Haste & an ability that could cause me to lose good "non-creature" spells and/or much needed lands... it would however, be much better if those creatures could go onto the battlefield instead of into your hand. ;)Coat of Arms: High cost (5) & a chance to be used against me by other Tribal Swarm decks. :-/Rage Reflection: Very high cost (6), since I'm trying to do as many things as possible at the lowest possible price. :PGoblin Warchief: Most of my Goblins only cost 1 red mana to play, therefore making the cost reduction of 1 colorless mana useless for them & I wouldn't use him just to give all of my Goblins "Haste" unless he himself would only cost like 1 red mana to play as well. :P lol
I know, right? xD
Tyvm, I replaced Raging Goblin with Legion Loyalist. ;)
This is indeed a very good Vampire deck. I rate this deck 10/10... the only main thing that I suggest doing is replacing your 2x Brush With Death with 2x Syphon Soul. Syphon Soul has the same converted mana cost, and it's very much like your Blood Tithe... Syphon Soul deals 2 damage to each other player. You gain life equal to the damage dealt this way. Even though Syphon Soul does not have a Buyback cost, I still think that it's much more beneficial than Brush With Death. Everyone feel free to check out my Vampire deck... please rate and/or comment: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=76984 Main Deck (60 cards) Creatures: 4x Guul Draz Assassin 3x Guul Draz Vampire 3x Vampire Nighthawk 4x Gatekeeper of Malakir 2x Nirkana Cutthroat 2x Anowon, the Ruin Sage 2x Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief Land: 10x Swamp 10x Swamp Spells: 4x Scar 4x Urge to Feed 4x Vampire's Bite 4x Virulent Swipe 4x Feast of Blood Sideboard (15 cards) 4x Dark Ritual 4x Doom Blade 2x Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet 4x Black Lotus 1x Sorin Markov
