what im getting out of that is its probably older then the rulings that i posted and got back from the judges. or they just didnt think out that part in regards to the extort ability. which if looked at correctly iss kinda lile if you have this you can do that but if you dont you can pay this instead. rule text vs non rule text

ive been told that the activated abilities count as well in edh.

for edh the colors of the card used in the deck have to match the commanders colors. however since its an option to pay white or black idk about that one

its an optional method of payment so i should be able to use it in a mono black edh deck

thats the rough draft its still got a long way to go. vaan says i cant use crypt ghast cuz white mana can be paid for its extort cost which i think is ridiculous.

to be honest im not sure where to go with this deck some of it im outright stealing from vaans vamp deck mainly the lands since im lazy and dont want to do the research lol. but this deck still needs a lot of help and im not even at 70 cards yet lol
