Mainly this is a deck with haste creatures and some burn damage.You can fling the elementals and the phoenix with the brion stoutarm doing lot of damage and a well amount of Health Points.I add Ajani to stop the opponent's game if you dont have enought damage atm.

whit all that burn i would put a couple blaze commandos in your side board they generate two tokens with haste every time you burn someone

Quite interesting. I'm feel this deck may be too slow and I'm trying to add some lifelink of something like that to hold the match a bit longer. Any Options?
