Well, after 6 months of playing Naya Zoo I feel it is just not up to speed with the rest of the format. It has the good early start that it needs, but severely lacks in the late game. This type of build hopes to solve these issues. By having creatures that make Snap Caster Mage look bad (Sprouting Thrinax) and are really the best late game and extremely powerful in modern (Hellkite Overlord) this deck hopes to excel where other decks have failed by providing the perfect mix of aggro and combo, and control over the board to better it's win/loss ratio in the modern format. Having taken so long to get get here, I hope you all enjoy this brew. I believe there is a Bant version similar to this that could be better, just due to the type of cards that it can play. I will begin to work on that at a later date, but for now I have finally found a successful aggro deck that is finally able to really compete with these top tier decks. So far, it beat Affinity in 2, American Control in 3, and Elves in 2. Sideboard will be added as I get more experience with the deck. I am still not sure if the Dark Confidants are entirely necessary in the deck, let me know what your opinions are on it.
