Since there is no clear way of wining in this deck, turn 1, before you play anything, you need to know exactly how you are going to win before anyone takes a turn. For example, if you had a darksteel forge and a Sharuum the Hegemon, you would want to go second, then before you play anything, draw, then discard Darksteel Forge. Then, in a couple of turns, when you play Sharuum the Hegemon, it's ability triggers and you get darksteel forge back from your grave, making all your artifacts indestructible. You can then hold your opponent off while you slowly kill them. If need be you can mill them, spam creatures, destroy your opponents battlefield, make yourself invincible, there is a card in here for every king of situation. This deck is extremely hard to play, and I have made many mistakes that have cost the game sometimes. This deck works extremely well, but is not recommended for new players. I realize the mana curve is askew, but unfortunately, that is unavoidable. This is why I have ramp cards specifically designed for artifacts. This way if an opponent takes control of them, it wont do anything at all. Agro decks, control decks, graveyard decks all have trouble beating this decks complicated structure. It is very hard for an opponent to see what you are doing before it is to late. "He discarded a platinum angel!?!?!?!!? WHAT?" This is the kind of reactions I get when I play this deck. Again, the structure of this deck is extremely complicated, yet works extremely well. Before you say anything, yes, I know of symbalance anvil, but often times it doesn't work, because I have to discard a card that I need to get this to work.
