I think aetherling might be an update for your morphling

syncopate might be better then some of the counters u r using and u might need some card draw to help u find your creatures faster

I don't think 24 fogs would be legal but u could use isochron scepter and more versions of fog

for casual u might want to add reforge the soul to refill your hand with burn spells once u get low

I hadn't realized lightning bolt cost as much as it does I have a bunch of them from 10+ years ago

it seems a creature that has an effect when its played would be good with that combo maybe a creature with a built in boomerang effect?

if u read the comments u would realize the sideboard is for if people want to build there own version of this w/o the budget

this is a standard deck those cards are not legal for it

I don't think that will work once u exchange control of the permanent if u unsummon the 1 your opponent controls it should still go to your opponents hand
