there are plenty of decks with no land that work look up manaless dredge
with this deck you cant drop mycosynth till turn 5 at the earliest without card draw. if you are defenseless up till turn 5 even bad decks will win most of the time

ive usually seen 1-2 kiki in every splintertwin deck ive seen

you could use the m15 Liliana its cheaper then the veil and will still work

really needs card draw and mana producers I know you want no lands but the artifact lands would make this a lot faster

you need to add balustrade spy, and geth, lord of the vault

also the goryo's vengeance can reanimate emrakul it is spendy but an awesome combo

yep edh is my favorite to. it can get spendy but it doesn't have to be that expensive there are lots of cheap dual lands to use and land is always your best investment because you will always use land. most of my edh decks are listed between $200-300 but im sure I got them cheaper then that and I already own a lot of the cards so throwing a new edh together doesn't take much

pack rat and delve looks cool but I agree with couch that goyf doesn't look good with delve if you really want delve im starting to like the card grave strength it might help

1st thing this is sultai not grixis. 2nd id drop the delve mechanic to run dark confidant throw in remand and thoughtsieze

that combo is awesome but tough to do In 60 cards much better for edh

id think that more hydras would be good polukranos woud be good and kalonian hydra would be awesome

bloodsoaked champion and bloodghast should be added

there not budget but oracle of mul dya and courser of kruphix would help alot
