Thanks for the input, I agree with you concerning the Artful dodge and Tricks of the trade, so I have made the following changes: -3 artful dodge -1 Tricks of the trade and +2 Call of the nightwing +2 dissipate.

As for the contaminated ground, I will try it out to see if I can get it to work according to my plans, if not I will be glad to get suggestions for replacements.
