If you can find an easy way to get some blue mana, you should consider putting Lobotomy in this deck. It would let you remove specific cards from the game that might threaten you. As far as getting blue mana, something like Tainted Isle would probably do the trick. There are probably other basic lands that can generate blue/black for you as well (Underground River comes to mind). You'll probably want at least 6 cards that generate blue mana if you have 4 Lobotomy cards in there (I would probably try for 8 mana generators but that is just me).

There are mono black options to do exactly the same thing without messing up a necessary mono black mana base. With Nightmare and Underworld Dreams being the main focus of the deck, it needs to have swamps and only swamps. Eradicate, Cranial Extraction, Nightmare Incursion, Sadistic Sacrament to name a few.
I am going to pull the howling mines out because i have the 4 bloodgift demons, I am thinking of adding megrim in their place....I want to keep this solid black if I can. Lobotomy is awesome, gives me an idea for other stuff i can do
