The concept of this deck is to gain life on every opportunity as well as control the early turns of the game. Popping the creatures at the beginning allows the player to gain life (with Shadowfeed) when they hit the graveyard with one drops. Three Noc's are plenty with the results of my testing so far because it's not the most important engine of the deck until mid-game. It also takes full advantage of an array of black spells that are geared around killing a creature(s) while adding to your life total..
