Both NB and Crosis will work fine as generals because they have similar effects. Bolas is slightly better overall because he makes them pitch everything. But if you are playing against a lot of mono-coloured decks, Crosis will do fine. The upkeep on Bolas balances out with the cost for Crosis's effect. The benefit to Bolas is 3 swings will win on Commander Damage where you need 4 swings of Crosis. So when in doubt, use Bolas. When v. mono-colour feel free to go Crosis because he is a little faster and won't place a drain on your mana pool on turns you don't swing with him. Also, don't worry about letting things die. The reanimation is in there for a reason. Your main targets will be Inkwell, Avatar, Balefire, Deep-Sea, It that Betrays, or Obliterator. If Artisan is down there though, you should hit him then use him to pop another guy back up. Trinket targets in order of importance: Sol Ring, Spellbook, Vault of Whispers/Seat of the Synod Try to keep Charmbreakers on the field as much as possible so you can recurr all your nasty spells and pull back the countermagic. You will have a big hand with this deck. Your commander's job is to make sure that hand control is a massive advantage to you, instead of a minor one. When playing this deck, you are slow out of the gate, but difficult to stop in mid to late game. So sit back and keep your head down until you are ready to finish everyone off. 3 out of 5 times, unblockable damage from Inkwell will be the win, so keep him off the field until you are ready to make your move. Save the counter magic for the big nasty table threats that can be turned in any player's direction. Last thing: when playing this deck, don't get into the table arguements with the other players. Keep calm and carry on. The last thing you want is attention. This deck cannot go toe to toe with a powerful control deck, so don't try. Have fun playing this deck. It really is a blast.
