I would think you need more than 20 lands for this deck, try going to around 23 or 24 and see how it runs.
How does he become 9/9 on the 3rd turn?
He has two adventuring gears equipped. Whenever a land comes into play the equipped creature will get +4+4. With terramorphic he has two lands come into play. The Kor Duelist becomes 9/9.
