I'm not sure how I feel about cryptic command in a tri-colored deck in modern because of its tough mana cost. I know its basically the best utility counter in the game, but it won't do anything for you in the early game and will hamper development in the middle until it becomes usable, so it might be worth considering putting in a counter you know will hit early like negate and then up your supreme verdicts to handle the creatures that cryptic command could potentially stop.

I normally would agree, I used to play Espee Teachings with 3 copies of cryptic command and it actually wasn't so bad, it was actually my favorite deck, it was just bad against burn, which most of my meta is composed of sadly. I don't like negate that much, if anything I would probably play test countersquall first then negate. But it doesn't seem like a bad inclusion. Back to cryptic commanf, it's actually one of my favorite cards in modern so I feel like it would be a sin not to include at least one. Lastly, I only posted 59 cards right now because Emrakul, the promised end is going in the main board.
