thanks for the suggestion! even though attacking with creatures isn't really the gameplan, i could include it as sort of a backup plan

redundancy basicly. if i could, i would put 5 ghoulcallers chant in the deck. so i just popped a treasured find in it because i have those lying around. i might cut back on them now that you mention it. the selfmilling aspect of the deck has reduced a bit since the first iteration so i need less cards that help me out of an awkward situation when my key cards are milled in my graveyard.
grafdigger's cage seems very counterproductive since my combo relies on the graveyard as well. if i include it, i should also have an expansion for my 'backup plan' in the sideboard
i find falkenarth noble and sorin markov just a bit too high on the mana curve for their effect. by the time i'm able to cast them i don't want to 'waste' my complete manapool on casting them. on later turns i'd rather be able to cast stuff while also keeping mana open to invest in kalastrias ability. but thanks for suggesting. if further playing with the deck shows i have a place or need for higher CMC cards i'll definitely consider them.
fetch lands are indeed strictly better, but as you said also strictly more expensive, haha! i'm not yet ready to invest that :p. thanks for the sideboard suggestion! i'm not good at creating them.i have been thinking about adding blood artist, but i don't know what to cut for it. cutting vampire nighthawks or bloodline keepers hurts my 'backup plan'. cutting the gatekeepers lowers my removal (i mainly see them as a three drop with added removal, not a two drop). cutting on sac outlets also seems a bad idea because my experience with the deck learns that i need them in abundance. i'll have to think or test more to find a place for them.
it's in the how to play"i included evolving wilds for 2 landdrops on 1 turn to accelerate that clock." it's actually quite effective. i can easily make my opponent lose 4 or 8 life and gain as much on one turn with that. (the land drop makes bloodghast return so i can sac it again)
what about Spellheart Chimera? after a few turns you'll have a lot of instants and sorceries in your graveyard so i'll get pumped up fast. + it has flying and trample to deal with the chump blocking issues discussed by other people.
what about shrieking affliction? with enough discards it's easy to get life loss triggers from it. plus it's a lower mana cost than megrim. also replace the slate street ruffian with sedraxis spectre. it's easier to get multiple discard triggers from that card. the ruffian will just be let through or killed by another 2/2, getting only one trigger. a small red splash is not that hard for your mana. (get rid of purge the profane you're spread too thin. replace those with mind rots or something)
thanks for the tips! i was already wondering what i would do when the lormaster drew me 6 or 7 cards... i'll try to fit in the cleric and the summoning spelledit: changed it up a bit. i dropped a lot of manafixing. i haven't played with this deck in real life, but with only 6 mana symbols being blue i think i can pull this off.
