The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

You need to replace the goblin tunneler with goblin guide. Replace the infiltration lens with ornithopter, and don't forget goblin bushwacker. In a deck only running 20 lands you don't want to have 8 of them coming into play tapped so drop the spires. Searing Blaze is also harder to cast for full value without fetchlands so you could consider something like incinerate.

well, tunneler make 4 turn wins happen w/ fiend, and i run out of hand, so i need the lens, but i totalyy agree w/ the land
You have a strong decklist right here, but I'd consider taking out 4 lands and putting in cards like Mox Opal? Also I don't think assault strobe is that strong in here. The problem of this deck is actually protecting the Kiln Fiend, as that would be the creature to assault strobe in here right? Perhaps a couple o' copies of Swiftfoot Boots? This equipment can give your opponent a surprise kiln fiend going straight to the face, so I'd think that would be a strong add-on? I'd also consider playing burst lightning. If you run out of creatures thanks to a pyroclasm or a slagstorm, or even black sun's zenith for 1, and you can't possibly get your opponent down any lower and you keep drawing land, a kicked burst lightning might be just what you need.
the boots aren't always a good answer. A deck like this isn't running enough creatures to justify having equipment. Hexproof is a great ability but if your opponent has removal in hand they just do it in response to the equip. You lose twice here by paying mana for the equipment and the equip cost instead of burn to pump the fiend.
Your opponent will be using those removal spells anyway, so if you manage to get them tapped-out and they don' t expect it, you will definitely get something out of the boots.
captin fluff, actually there are sixteen creatures, just 8 are artifacts
cant afford the opals, but i se your point, thanx for checking my decks out too, apreciate it
no problem dude, everyone putting decks on mtgvault does it to get some feedback. I see no other reason to put my decks here if no one would look at them and give me suggestions about cards. Everyone who has posts their decks here is not so confident about decklists and deserves to get comments on the decks so their decks will hopefully improve. You have some very nice deck ideas. Some are really solid. Others are a bit less, but hey! if you were a all-pro deckbuilder you wouldn't need any feedback. I've now been playing standard competitive for a couple o' months and I'm really happy with the feedback I get on my decks from mtgvault. thanks for the comments on my decks. only the decks I list on tournament quality atm are worth looking at...
ya of course, i dont see the point of bluffing out of your bugdet if its not gonna help your deck in real life, so thanx so much for pointing that out. what should i replace for the boots??
Staggershock would be my first card I'd switch out, but if you think you really need that to fuel the fiend, I think you're better off removing Infiltration Lens. you see, when you attack when a 1/1 guy is equipped, he just is not going to block it, but if Kiln Fiend is equipped, and you've cast a ton of spells this turn, he'll chump it giving you two extra cards. But I prefer to save my kiln fiend rather than it makes me draw two cards, so I'd rather have it equipped with Swiftfoot boots than infiltration lens
ahh, i see. boots are better. what shall i replace the stagshock w/?
nevermind.
