This is a standard format as I see it, right? Actually an good idea as mill has actually chance of winning in standard :'(

Have you considered undead alchemist? :D they're good if you have only 2x of them, and can give you more zombies.
Can't think of any other standard mill cards cept for jace's erasure, which is kinda slow :(
You'll also need at least one Jace, Memory adept.

There's one thing buggin me tho, In most topic I've read its wise to run about 12 creatures in a burn deck, and rest just buuuurn?

You are however missing blue drawing power which is a core power of blue deck. Tome scour isn't great as supposed to be, what about Thought scour?

I do like the vapor snag but where you're going its likely to end with life damage for your opponent rather than milling?

I can't figure out why both jace phantasm and Shriekgeist? Isn't one flyer enough? (for me usually 4x phantasm does the trick)
