Thanks for the feedback! i like the suggestions and i agree with adding more of the servo spawners but i do like the curve i had in place. Ill continue to look at it to see if something can be switched.

But for me it sucks because i dont have a play group, i usually just play with a friend that plays EDH (he runs a eldrzi with 4 titans) or casually with people at my local shop (rarely). I want to have a deck to play with people and since i dont really have a group i play with a variety of diffrent players.
I am a player who loves playing blue. Iv'e been playing since return to ravnica and iv'e always loved playing blue control, blue black, and most other control decks (esper, grixis, etc). When i got into EDH i used the grixis starter deck and liked the format. So i want to get into EDH more and build my own deck for it so i decided to play kira becuase i love her ability (on the inside i guess i am that player at groups) and on one hand yeah i love to play this deck style but i also want others to have fun with it. This is the second deck ive made for EDH and im happy that you posted and i know about these concerns.

I like that you included curse of the bloody tome, not too many mill decks run it. Also wanted to try out a deck with both bloody tome and tutelage. Overall a faster type of mill, Like it.
I took out the propaganda and replaced with another ghostly prison and will be looking at the suggestions, Thnx!
also you can play it one turn, next transform it,pop elixir of immortality, then play still have it to transform again
have you thought about putting in startled awake for mill? it doubles as a chump block if needed and a mill that's reliable .

ever thought of adding lilliana the last hope?? if you can pop her ult its a ranks of the endless dead, plus it would be nice with both out.
For the life gain id replace wight and rite of consumption with crypt incursion and body snatcher or cards that bring creatures back to get back your phaenx/ hedron crabs
