It seems pretty interesting, I would change quite a bit because you aren't really playing to boros' strength. The boros deck is meant as a weenie deck this time around. If you would like to look at mine... http://www.mtgvault.com/chbrutus1/decks/boros-aggro-2/
thats my boros aggro
http://www.mtgvault.com/chbrutus1/decks/borosselesnyagruul/
that's my naya aggro

First your deck has some random card like profetic prism ..
2 the boros are aggro play card like aurelia the warleader to has some more attack phase per turn.
3.use some combo like aurelia the warleader and gisela blade of goldnigth ..
4. use the technique battalion with the capacity : if you attack with this creature and 2 other creature that has a special effect
enjoy your deckbuilding :)

I would start with the land, instead of boros guild gates, i would run sacred foundry (4) and also eliminate one mountain and add 4 clifftop retreat. you are running a really small land base...I just noticed. I would also focus in on some of the cards, for example, i would run 4 stromkirk noble and eliminate something else, more copies of the same card increase consistency in deck building. my decks aren't complete, i list them as i currently have them. I would rather run 4 boros reckoner than 1, and i would suggest that to you as well...reckoner is ridiculously good. archangel's light is also completely pointless in this deck and is way too high of a drop and doesn't work synergistically with this deck. Things like that, I would suggest things to improve your consistency.

i think you should just take the time to read and view other decks, especially those with high ratings on mtgvault (usually true but not always) or really even just a google search on decks. A good way to start is to maybe find a win-condition that suits what you want out of a deck or a combo-based core (or even a theme or archetype?). there are heaps of examples out there. If you start there you'll find it a lot easier to build your deck by adding cards which compliment the win-condition or combo. In the end you want a deck which efficiently gets out the cards you want or effectively helps you achieve the goal and hopefully control the outcome.
trying to put a bunch of decent cards together without purpose would be like trying to build a house literally one room at a time. it just doesnt work out the way it could.
but hey im no expert i havent been playing for that long. just a bit of general advice
