Decent... though Fiery fall isn't very good. Also, Unstable footing would be a sideboard card, not primary. Look at my burn deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=37970

Instead of having lots of singles, run more than one of the same thing, for a more consistent deck...

Hypnotic Spector... not good, considerinf I'm running three cclors and Sedraxis is same cost, but a 3/2 and has unearth, and causes player to discard.. that's MUCH better than hypnotic. Also, Megrim is too slow, unless you are running straight black....

Not too bad... but is your focus on Nyxathid? If so, look at my deck, as that is the focus primarily, along with Guul Druz Specter's being 5/5 flyers (since my opponent has no cards in hand):

24 land? Drop to 22, and run fetch lands, then you got a free opening for 2 cards

Why only one Sorin? Also.. why not any fecth lands? U need to run AT LEAST 4 of them( replacing your swamps with them), that way it will thin out your deck, and you are more likely to draw something needed, after u have sacrificed the fetch land, brought out a swamp and shuffled...

Why are you having SEVERAL cards that you are running one of? Part of building a deck, is having consistency, and reliability. Without having multiples of things, then your draw is more random, and you can't follow your game plan as easily...

Yeah, I have only been able to use valakut's damage twice in tournamnets, so I might put four Teetering Peaks in, but then again, I'm not a fan of 4 lands coming in tapped, and with Teetering peaks, you have to hold onto it, until you are going to attack (drop a ball lightining, then drop a teetering peak, so ball becomes a 8/1). I'll give it a try though and see how it works!

I have to say, I like the look of your red deck a little more than my red deck, though I'm wondering why you are only running two Chandra Naalar, versuse running three...

Yeah, kaim that would be good, but surprisingly I'm wanting to stick to black and blue. Basically, the Mind Funerals are in there just to make my opponent mad, as is the Nemesis of Reason. Another reason Nemesis of Reason is in there, is that it's a 5 drop for a 3/7 with milling top 10 just for attacking. It also makes a GREAT defender, considering it's a defense of 7. Any other suggestions of how I can stick to black and blue only, with discarding, and a light touch of milling?
