It looks like by some of your additions (the vivids and glimmervoids) you're planning on playing some of their spells that have R/G in their cmc, but EDH rules say any mana that would be created that's not in your commander's color identity is colorless.

Actually I have no plans of doing that at all. I use the Vivid lands just in the off chance that I don't have a color that I need. I've found that in EDH they are very useful. Especially in my Progenitus EDH. If I have a Blue and Black land but no white. Then the vivid lands will give me a white mana that I need.
Looks good. Are you aware that Tinker and Tolarian Academy are both banned in EDH?
PS. Tempered Steel seems like a natural inclusion in here as well. :)
Actually I was not aware of that. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I'll make a few quick changes then.

It saves you about $30 as well. :) I would be tempted to drop Mana Leak, as paying (3) isn't a huge thing in this format. Counterspell would probably be better. Also, you may want to consider Copy Artifact and/or Sculpting Steel.
I dunno, mana leak becomes great for commander countering late game.
I've found the same in my Progenitus deck. Plus I'd be afraid of getting caught without 2 Blue mana. But I did decide to include Stoic Rebuttal for a hard counter.
Nice Deck ...if you get a chance check out my vampire edh thanks
Thank you sir. Your Vampire deck looks pretty nice. I like it.
