Play glistener elf turn 1. On turn 2, play another land and try to play Groundswell to pump up the elf. Also try to play Rancor or Might of Old Krosa orGiant Growth on the elf, and then pay the 2 life for Mutagenic Growth. They most likely will not have a creature out at this point and will be able to kill them with infect on turn 2. If they do have a creature, save your spells for turn 3 and try to play Larger Than Life to give it trample and pump it up even more.
