the land enters the battlefield tapped as normal. you untap that land because of amulets triggered ability. if you had more than 1 out then both abilities would trigger simultaneously. you wouldnt be able to produce mana from that land cause all thats happenig is that its being untapped

my variation of a polymorph deck are no creatures. except emrakul and progenitus. i use wind zendikon and corrupted zendikon as my creatures. works out REALLY well.
doubling season isnt standard
You have too many big creatures. you need to focus more on getting tokens out so that you can play those big creatures. you should take out like 10 eldrazi creatures, add a few more brood birthings, another growth spasm, 2 more spawning breaths, and an eye of ugin would be good too. a few broodwardens are always good to beef up your tokens. Hope that helps!
