What you see here is a budget Morph-themed deck for Standard. It's a well-balanced midrange, with enough control to throw your opponent off his game and enough aggro to beat him down quickly. Draw power is provided by Secret Plans, the deck is seriously sped up by Obscuring Æther, Elvish Mystic, and Rattleclaw Mystic, and some serious power is provided by Trail of Mystery, Ashcloud Phoenix, and Sagu Mauler.
The plan with this deck is to control and beatdown until a Sagu Mauler can be turned faceup to completely overwhelm your opponent. Early in the game, cast all the enchantments you can, along with Elvish Mystic and perhaps a faceup Rattleclaw Mystic. Then the morphs start coming out, for only two mana each thanks to Obscuring Æther. If you have a Stratus Dancer, it can be a good idea to leave two mana up for the counterspell, and it can also be good to leave mana up for surprise blockers. (Suddenly, a wild Sagu Mauler appears!) Any unused mana at your opponent's end of turn can be used to morph creatures. Sagu Mauler is the main win condition, and Ashcloud Phoenix is secondary, but the Phoenix is really better for taking out Stormbreath, Thunderbreak, and Dragon tokens. Overall, this is a moderately competitive deck at an excellent price!
