it seems like a solid one drop, that could also be used as evasion, but I have no idea what I would replace for it. Using it as an evasion would also be kinda risky

Thanks for your input, have any idea what I should get rid of to fit in dig though time?Or even better a budget alternative?
Autumn's veil is a good card, but it would seem like it would be more appropriate in the sideboard since it is only inclusive to blue in black. It would be useless against something like red burn or white exile, the instant speed is a plus though. The Simic Charm was something I was thinking about, being that it was an instant, but the extra card draw and permanent shroud for one extra mana seems more valuable.
I added in a few of the cards you recommend, and got rid of a few yisan, I still feel like my manabase is still unconsistant
