A Mono Black deck aiming to survive while the enemy tires up. Stress is not on direct offense at the beginning -- stronger opponent can be eliminated by spells and enchantements, special abilities, or temporarily strenghtened characters. There are opportunities to gain life to ensure longer-term survival -- if enemy can be hurt meanwhile, all the best. At the end, when the enemy is exhausted it's opportunities, the surviving units finish the game.
I try to play the deck as opportunistic as possible. Since the creatures are relatively weak, I only attack when there is no possibility for defence. Earliest possible play of thrull parasites slowly weaken the enemy, Tenacious Deads are the preferred way for sacrifice. Blood Bairns are a great unit to defend -- defense is also strengthened by Wring Flesh. I try to save Quag Sicknesses and Doom Blades for the most formidable opponents.Mana is saved for defense: regenerating Tenacious Deads, using instants in defense, using Thrull Parasite abilities.

This is one of my first relatively successful deck put together as a complete beginner. Any comments or suggestions to improve would be most welcome. I managed to scrape some victories in some very memorable matches in the "Just starting out" level.
