The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
So last night I was going through my cards to see who i can build around, and i kept coming across psychosis crawler and was saying to myself, how can I take advantage of his abilities and play him quickly? look at the deck list and see what you think...if you have any questions, feel free to ask and i'll explain my reasonings. thanks!

looks good, just needs a few more draw cards, and a few less control cards. Since you have so many control, you would indeed be keeping yourself from playing off the top of the deck, but if you really want your crawler to shine, you need to put in some draw cards. Maybe some steady progress (for your charge counters) accumulated knowledge looks really good if you put 4 in, ancestral recall, (which lets you draw 3 cards for 1 mana, you need 4 in here), fleeting distraction would also be good, as would twisted Image. These are just a few cheap draw cards that also have some other benefits

This is what I did with Psychosis Crawler: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=166979 Maybe something here can help you.
Not sure if these cards are tourney acceptable....but you may want to replace your cancel with arcane denial....same spell, 1 less mana....and u get to draw a card on the next upkeep. Downside....the opponent gets to draw 2.
updated------I added 3 see beyonds in place of the 3 sleeps.
Take out Inexorable Tide. I see what you want to do with it but... I don't think the cost is worth it. Also replace the Palladiums with Silver Myrs. Either Jace would work really well in this deck along with Consecrated Sphinx. Into the Roil would also help as it let's you bounce creatures and draw. And because I can, I need comments on my Mono White deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=165561
Minds Eye would be an excellent addition to this deck I think, not sure what I'd take out though :-/
