First of all, Regrowth, Revive, Kazundu Refuge, Llanowar Reborn and Skarrg, the Rage Pits are all Standard-Illegal. Gruul Guildgates are a suitably cheap replacement. I would dump the Phoenix, as you only have 4 spells to trigger its return ability. I feel the cost of making the Ember Swallower is too high as long as you have as many spells for >3 CMC, having said that, a 4/5 for 4 mana is still nice.

I would lose, or at least side-board, the psychic spiral because it weakens your Spellheart Chimera. Also, Stymied Hope isn't very useful as most people will be able to pay the extra 1 because most people keep a mana or two for those all-important instants, you're basically paying 2 mana to scry 1.
