Dude I love this. I just don't like the Basilisk Collars in there. My suggestion would be to put in 2 Sorins.

I would put in Crumbling Ashes and one more Blowfly Infestation. Having four of them would really get some damage done. Also, you might want to look at Necroskitter. It's beast.
