Hey,
I recommend you to change these Baloth Woodcrashers for Rampaging Baloths, you won't regret this.

Also, if you have some time, please take a look at my elf (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354) and r/b discard (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=92615) decks which I am building currently and give me some advices, thanks.

Hey,
You should add some creatures, which will make your elves stronger by giving them +1/+1. Elvish Archdruid and Imperious Perfect are coming into my mind.

But you have a really nice defense against creatures with flying. I am trying to make an elf deck currently and it's bad defense against creatures with flying is it's biggest weakness. I'll add a few Thornweald Archers probably, I never saw this card and it looks really nice. Thanks for the inspiration.

Take a look at mine for the inspiration and tell me what do you think, please. We can help each other by making something between our decks: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354

Hey,
when I have saw your deck for the first time, the first thing that came to my mind was that I'll drop mine and use yours, but then I changed my mind again and I have edited my deck a bit.

I changed Joraga Treespeakers for Llanowar Elves, because the treespeakers take a few longer time to produce mana. I also listened to your advices and I removed Bramblewood Paragons and Lys Alana Huntmasters and I added 4 Joraga Warcallers. I also removed Talara's Battalions and I added one more Drove of Elves and three more Elvish Vanguards. Another change was removing the three forests and adding the three Oran Rief- The Vastwoods and the last change was switching the Voice of the Woods for Gravity Wells.

If someone has some other advices for me, they are much apperiated.
Thanks,
Tru

Hi,
thanks for your help. I mainly tried to focus my deck on Warriors, which should be able to rush my opponents really fast.

I chose Nissa because of her abilities, which can be really useful for me.

I think the Harmonize's higher mana cost is not the problem, because of my elfs, which are giving me the mana.

Eladamri is a really nice addiction, but if my opponent will control elves, it can also help him a lot, so I'll probably stay with Rofellos, who gives me a lot of mana.

I am sorry for the late reply, I was not able to get to the internet.

Hi,
I have an idea to switch Kozilek's Predators for Terra Stompers. It's an awesome card, but I am not sure if you'll be able to handle it because of it's higher mana cost. You'll need to give it a try first.

If you have some time, please take a look at my elf deck I am currently trying to build and post some advices, thanks: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354

Hey,
maybe add some Goblin Kings? I also recommend some Banefires or Goblin War Strikes. It's up to you.

I am trying to build an elf deck currently. I'll be really glad if you will look at it and post some advices, if you have some time: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354
Thanks,

Hey,
Warmonger's Chariot is a really nice card, which I recommend you to use. Also, I think 2 Perimeter Captains are enough, so it could be better to lower them and add two more Stalwart Shield-Bearers. Another nice card is Ogre sentry, but I don't know what you can switch it for.

I am trying to build an elf deck currently, so it could be nice if you'll look at it and give me some advices, if you have some time: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354
Thanks,
Tru

Hey,
you really helped me out, thanks. I switched Llanowar Elves for Joraga Treespeakers, they really seem to speed the game up a bit more, because if I have Doubling Season on the battlefield, it can level up even faster.

I also added 2 Lys Alana Huntmasters and 2 Drove of Elves, these cards look really awesome and this is the first time I have heard about them, thanks for showing them to me.

I also removed the Elvish Visionaries and I added 2 taunting elves and I changed 2 Plummets for 2 Wirewood Prides.

So, thanks again, and if you'll browse through my deck sometime, please tell me what do you think about it now.

Hey,
I really like your deck. I think there is nothing to suggest except changing the Deathless Angel for the Baneslayer one. The Baneslayer one requires less mana to play and it even has a lifelink. But Deathless angel is still an awesome card, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on this deck - Baneslayer Angel is really expensive.

I am trying to build an elf deck at the moment. Please, take a look at it, if you have some time, and post some suggestions: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=86354.

Thanks,
Tru

Hey,
your deck looks nice. You have picked the most of the strongest Elf creature cards already. I am trying to build an elf deck too and from what I have learned yesterday, you also need some spells in your deck. I can recommend rampant growth, if you play mainly for mana gaining, or overrun and wirewood pride, if your main goal is to win by strengh.

From enchantments, I highly recommend doubling season, if you have creatures which give you counters and tokens.

I also noticed you have a lot of legendary creatures and if I am not wrong, there can be only one legendary creature on the battlefield, so I recommend to lower the legendary creatures to 1. You also need to lower your main deck to 60.

From other nice Elf creatures, I recommend Nissa Revane and Nissa's Chosen, if you decide to use Nissa Revane. Bramblewood Paragon is also nice, if you have a lot of warriors.

You look like you will empty your hand really soon, so creatures like Elvish Visionary or Sylvan Ranger could be nice too.

Please, take a look at my deck if you have some time and tell me what do you think about it, thanks:

I added Nissa Revane and I did not cut Doubling Season, because it looks like a really nice combo, as you said, and because I cut some creatures which give tokens and counters, I think that Doubling Season is even more important for me at the moment.

I took a look at your deck. It's very nice, but I think I couldn't play with it. I tried to make my deck a rush one, because this type of deck is much easier for me (as a beginner) to play with. Unfortunately, I did not find any place for the Taunting Elf.

If you'll take a look at this deck once again, please tell me what you think after this update.

I really appreciate your suggestions. They really helped me out, thanks.

I have re-built this deck a few minutes ago. Your advices really helped me out, thanks.

But I did not cut Doubling Season, because it's a really strong card in my opinion and I think now I need it even more than the last time, because I cut some creatures which give counters or add tokens.

I'll take a look at some elf decks, I am still not sure if this one is well constructed, so if you'll have a time, tell me what you think now, please.

Thanks again.

I wouldn't use Ears of the Elves myself, it's way too unbalanced in my opinion. But I really appreciate your help, thanks.

Hi,
I am not sure which creatures I should remove at the moment, because the all of them have some importance for me. I'll also look for some non-creature spells, but nothing, which would suit into my deck, comes into my mind at the moment. I really appreciate your help, but a little bit of concreteness can help even more, I started to play MTG a few months ago, so I am still a noob.
Thanks again.
