The principle is to try and get Myr on the table as quickly as possible and start attacking for 1 damage each time (not a lot but it builds up quickly). As the game progresses, add a Myr Galvanizer or Steel overseer to boost the 1/1s and continue attacking. If the opponent is still alive by the time you have the battlesphere in your hand, then play it and finish them in the next turn or equally using Eldrazi monument to make your 1/1 Myr flying and indestructible.

90% of the time journey to nowhere > arrest and you got too many 1x's to make this deck stable enough to win many best of 3 or 5 matchups if you are just going for a casual play deck thats a bit different every play-thru then i probally wouldnt change much besides dropping myr turbine down to atleast one because it costs 5 and doesnt give a great deal for the cmc heres a link to my myrr deck if you want any ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=163855
