Deck Description

This deck has a couple of options available to it, and you'll want to play it judging the table you're playing with.

Primarily, this is an EDH Control in Jeskai colors. You want to stop stupidly absurd stuff from happening, while you work on pulling together a combo for yourself. Infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron goes well with Aurelia's Fury if you need to kill the table in one go, and the deck has ways to get you there.

If going infinite is frowned upon in your EDH circles, which I know it is in many, you have a great commander to actually use as an aggro piece. Narset is a 3/2 first striker with hexproof, and she is very hard to take off the table outside of boardwipes. Pairing her with Sunforger, Aurelia, or Gisela, and you have a potent way to push toward a general damage finite kill. No one really appreciates that much damage coming through in first strike phase.

Speaking of Sunforger, your package is great in this deck, because Jeskai is one of the best, if not THE best outright, trios for Sunforger. You can tutor up:
- Azorius Charm - spot tuck effect
- Boros Charm - spot indestructability or burn
- Counterflux - uncounterable counterspell
- Enlightened Tutor - tutor for combo piece
- Into the Core - 2 artifact exile
- Izzet Charm - noncreature counterspell, small burn, or looting effect
- Jeskai Charm - spot tuck, burn, or buff effect
- Path to Exile - spot creature exile
- Render Silent - counterspell that silences
- Return to Dust - artifact/enchantment exile
- Swords to Plowshares - spot creature exile

There is also a small blink effect subtheme in the deck, meant to recur Venser, Shaper Savant, Duplicant, and/or Warden of the Eye, all of whom provide great tools for control, either through spell recursion, a repeatable counterspell, or a repeatable exile effect for creatures.

Let me know what you think! I'm really excited to play Narset as a commander, and want to see things go swimmingly with her at the helm.

Cheers.
