Deck Description

Your basic run-of-the-mil Esper control. Removal, Counters, lack-luster creatures and Lingering Souls. Has no field wipes in this stage of development that I care to main board, but it will get better as I feel like working on it more.

How to Play

There is one thing that is worth looking at, and that is those Invisible Stalkers and the Syndics. They seem a bit out of character, not so much Esper as most would think. Yet, I had a plan with them, and it works well. The Invisible Stalkers are to be given Ciphers, namely hands of binding, so that you can have consistent field control, only counter-able unconventionally. You then extort this field control with the syndics, which provides life gain to cover your shenanigans going on in your other theatres of war. The Crypt Ghasts double the Tithes in the effort, but the only back-up the Syndics get is the Teysa, who, while powerful, doesn't have hex-proof. None-the-less, this deck runs solid. I need to go buy more shock-lands, they are all used up elsewhere :P
