Then use the Woe Strider to sacrifice the Gray Merchant. The Nightmare Shepherd then allows "Gary" to re-enter the battlefield again, this time as a token. Leach another 5 life from your token. All honesty - this combo will probably kill your opponent as you'll have other creatures in play that bolster your devotion, as well as the Nightmare shepherd being a 4/4 flyer.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Card Drawing Combo:- Ayara, First of Locthwain- GutterbonesPlay Gutterbones. Ayara leaches 1 life from your opponent.Sacrifice Gutterbones to Ayara and Draw a card. Then sacrifice him with either Ayara, Rankle or Woe Strider. The Nightmare Shepherd allows him to re-enter the battelfield again forcing the opponent to discard another card.
Turn 1:- GutterbonesTurn 2:- Yarok's FenlurkerTurn 3:- Woe StriderTurn 4:- Nightmare ShepherdTurn 5:- Gray Merchant of Asphodel (leach for 8)- Sacrifice the Gray Merchant to the Woe Strider. The Nightmare Shepherd brings back Gary, leaching the opponent for another 8. They're probably dead at this point
