some friends and I got together and did a 5-way game. each of us chose a color. Rules worked like this: 1. each player chooses one of the 5 colors. two people cannot be the same color. 2. each player builds a deck based around the basic theme of the color (we weren't too strict about this, so long as blue didn't have indestructible tramplers or something like that.) 3. split mana costs are ok, but ty to limit the amount. 4. agree on the amount of color hosers beforehand and decide on a "point" system. (for example, say you have a 3 point limit. and your group decides that white knight and black night are each worth 1 point, but great sable stag is worth the full 3 points.) 5. sit with your allied colors on either side of you. these are your allies. 6. enemy colors are obviously, your enemies. the first person with no enemies left wins.

Weird and quirky concept of play, i like the idea. but i think that a couple cards could be switched out. bathe in light could be replaced by brave the elements and I think a couple of one drops would be nice elite vanguard come to mind. also you have way too many destroy enchantments. get some of you own and you could have some better synergy with your deck. good luck, plains rule!!!!
"also you have way too many destroy enchantments. get some of you own and you could have some better synergy with your deck." I believe that all those destroy enchantments go rather well with Enchanted Evening.... making Tempest of Light better than any mass removal card out there, and Demystify the ultimate control card
I'm glad you guys like it! Anathema: we based the idea off of the shard battles from alara, but modified the rules. another thing I forgot to mention, the turns take place in the shape of a pentagon. In other words. it goes white, red, blue, green, black. or the reverse. we rolled a D20 to see who went first. If you guys are interested, I can upload the other decks.
