I think the land count is sufficient, if the deck count is lowered to the typical 60. The Empire artifacts seem a bit out of place. I'd try to reverse the curve from the huge amount of 3drops to more 1drops. Any discard deck benefits greatly from The Rack, and it costs 1.

"If you did this, I'd play that" arguments are silly. Who's to say he didn't Duress or Despise your Go For the Throat prior?
I'd suggest Soul Foundry to get some tokens, and maybe Mirror Gallery since Storm Crow is legendary.
Leonin Abunas, while not as awesome overall as Indomitable Archangel, would provide the same effect and probably cost less money. If this is a casual deck, I'd ditch Deprive and Stoic Rebuttal in favour of Counterspell. A fun combo I use in my Megatog deck is Myr Servitor + Skullclamp; 2 cards with recurring sacrifice fodder is great for digging through your library. I also don't see how Distortion Strike fits in with the deck, especially when it's at 64 cards.
Fetching lands is better in decks that use more than one color. Being as you are only using one color, using a land to fetch a land isn't providing any advantage over just playing the land, especially when Terramorphic Expanse brings that land into play tapped.
This was going to be my first topic. I see no reason for it taking the place of 2 Mountains. A card that would work great in this deck is from the original Mirrodin set called Shrapnel Blast (1R Instant - Sacrifice an artifact: Shrapnel Blast deals 5 damage to target creature or player.)
I like the theme. I've been trying my hand at decks based on the Greek gods.
This is a very neat deck idea. I like Light From Within powering up Dawn Elemental to mythic proportions.
I would replace Blessing with Honor of the Pure. It's the same effect but much cheaper without recurring activation cost. I would also suggest more Urza's Incubators to perhaps increase the chances of drawing it as it seems to be an important piece to your deck.
Reya Dawnbringer combos greatly with something I feel the deck needs: early creatures. Reya Dawnbringer + Kami of False Hope proves to be an irritating combination.
I think Test of Endurance or the new creature in Zendikar that allows you to win by having 40 life would be good additions to the strategy of lifegain.
