first off, 60 is ideal for decks. 71 is waay too high. you have a 15 card side board for cards you cant part with. second, 30 land waaaaaaaaaaaaay too high. it should be like 16 or 17. with the idea you have, a ghoul tree, or some splinter freights might be a good idea. i also suggest have a few cards that you have multiple copies of. cards like gutter grime should be the focus of the deck
