Deck discussion for Cthulhu is coming for you!!<.< (suggestions please!!)

Usually I perfer to get out emrakul because its easy with this deck. I'm trying to solve the issue with flying beacause this deck has a major issue with flying. Any Ideas?

try gravity wells. they deal with flying perfectly in my green decks and they only have a converted mana cost of 3.

since you're using green then for the flyers you could use "dense canopy"... just shooting out ideas:)

by the way use "rootbound crag" instead of kazandu refuge... then you don't have to pay the life

I was thinking of adding a green sun's zenith and the green leyline. Would you suggest those?

Check out my Sunshine deck. I use Green Sun Zeniths in there and it's awesome. Pulls out mana creatures if I need them early game and once I get my mana base settled I can whip out the fatties with it.

maybe the llanowar elves... with all the mana ramp you don't really need 'em but then you need low cost creatures... it's tough... think about adding "elvish piper" to get your eldrazis out qiuckly

so i'm looking at your mana curve and you're not gonna be able to do much till turn three. the answer would probably be birds of paradise. a full playset.swap your hedrons with everflowing chalices. they're more flexible, and you wont be using the draw from hedron anyway. if you want to swarm, i'd suggest Garruk, skittering invation, and of course beastmaster ascention. Also, you should change get another two rootbound crag, a playset of copperline gorge, and of course 4 eldrazi temple for your mana base. all your one-offs just aren't that helpful. cut chandra for another stampede, and drop conscription, artisan and crusher for 3 hands or a just raise one of those three eldrazi to 3. also, all is dust could help alot once you've got a bunch of spawn. Hope i helped.

Have you looked into Gravity Well? It's standard legal.

All attacking creatures with flying lose flying until end of turn.

There is a card called corrosive gale in new phyrexia. its essentialy windstrom except standard legal.

in my eldrazi deck i use three method to force my big eldrazi spawns on the battlefield, either by deathrender (using the spawns to force em out) or elvish piper or quicksilver amulet, which pretty much eliminate the flyer problem cuz its so early in the game people mostly dont have anything too threatening out by then and then its pretty much slam dunk
