This was my first deck for getting into MTG. A Friday Night Magic veteran built most of it, and I've tweaked it according to the duels I've played. It's pretty fast and always frustrates my opponents. I requested a deck I could easily afford, not knowing if I would stay with the game. I've pulled both Sublime Archangels out of boosters, so this deck has been very affordable!
The entire strategy is based around the exalted activated ability. There are plenty of removal cards (Murder, Oblivion Ring) to clear the way. Some of the creatures will attack in the sky, and Tormented Soul draws little threat until it attacks as a 7/7 unblockable!

I'd switch nefarox for another sublime, but thats just me. I don't really care for him.

I only threw him in there for fun. I'm not one for buying singles. I pulled both Archangels from boosters!
Alright. I can respect that. But consider it the next time your out with some money to spare for building a deck.
I hate you.
Essence Harvest!
I like the essence harvest idea, but I'm not sure what I would replace with them. I was thinking the Gift of Orzhovas could go. I tend to always draw them with my knights the cannot be enchanted by the gifts
Thought about it long and hard. Taking out the Gifts of Orzhova for the Essence Harvests. My main attackers that I always draw are the Knights, Vampire Nighthawk, and Tormented Soul. Vampire doesn't need buffed and Tormented is unblockable anyway, doesn't need flying. The Knights can't use the Gift.
I put in 4 Cathedral's of War. Proving to be good because few people have land removal. I can get a couple exalteds that won't be destroyed.
Yes I agree, though it may prove annoying for something like Tormented Soul.
I like the idea of mark of the vampire in an exalted deck.
It's a decent card, but I always have a nighthawk. With four of them in the deck alongside the Immortal Servitudes, I have enough lifelink. The +2/+2 would really just be icing on the cake in an exalted deck!
