idk i feel that is to high of a mana cost if it ware me i would use Pharika's Cure also i would drop Spiteful Returned and get Nighthowler look at this deck that i made pretty close to what you have http://www.mtgvault.com/tierkreis13/decks/creature-distortionfnm-help/
i just dont have the nightveile's i would like to add them but im workin on a budget as well

Duress is good for vs control but i would switch them out for Mind Rots vs Agro decks
