You don't understand. By combing a Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki with a Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite, you can get infinite hasty creatures. All the other stuff is to help you get to your combo.

try taking out 4 darksteel myr
makes deck 60 cards and the myr isn't good for tempered steel decks anyway

this deck is fun to use against control decks:
"oh, wait, my sword of feast and famine's pointless because i can't counter any of your creatures? darn...

i just won my tournament with this deck, opened the packs I got and every single one had a mythic in it, one had Tezzeret and thrun in the same pack!

the equipments are to give all the pingers deathtouch to stop your opponent from attacking.
the sparkmage sounds good though- even if it isn't an archer...

actually i have no idea how much this deck would cost as i got all the expensive cards in packs i won as prizes at tournaments (im not rich, just lucky) so i cant help you there sorry :(
