This is a really nice build. I have a few ideas that you could consider. Running white it could be a good idea to play Orim's Chant which can clear the way to play all your combo cards uninterrupted or protect yourself. Swords to Plowshare is always nice too. Fauna Shaman is great but it can't quite replace Green Sun Zenith, IMO. Eternal Witness helps recover combo pieces. So does Sun Titan and hes a solid second win condition.
