The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Main wincon is the combination of Sylvan Awakening and Rally to Battle. Sylwan Awakening turns your lands into indestructible 2/2 elementals with haste and Rally to Battle untaps and pumps them. 7 lands deals 21 dmg.

But that is not what this deck is about!

This deck gains life with Tatyova + draws a card when ever a land hits the board and they do so very often.

Elvish rejuvinator digs deep and brings a land on board. Urban utopia draws a card and fixes mana and growth spiral ramps in addition to drawing a card.

Gaea's Blessing protects from the rare mill opponent you might face and it shuffles upto 3 of our cards back to out deck.

River's Rebuke costs 6 but by now it should be clear that we are not short on mana and returning all of your opponents nonlands back to their hand is a huge tempo swing in our favor.

Hydroid Krasis is a bomb but in addition to that it draws more cards and gives life.

Mass manipulation is a marvelous card and while uuuu might seem difficult at first it really isn't when most of our cards are fetching lands.

The immortal sun is there to lock down opposing planeswalkers and for added card draw.

March gives lifelink blockers at any state of the game and with sun they actually become threathening.

Omniscience... it's one thing to cast everything for free but when the spells also ramp and draw extra cards combined with Tatyova things get pretty crazy quite fast.

...and after you have gone through half of your deck and gotten all or atleast most of your lands onto the board you turn them into indestrubtible elementals with haste and swing for lethal.
