The next win condition test deck. This time the star is Retrofitted Transmogrant.Why other win conditions do not work:- Avenging Hunter: Only wins the game. Cannot be played when behind. Does not provide enough speed to make a difference against combo. Bad against aggro. Medium against control. Great against Initiative decks.- Campfire: Makes the deck too reactive. Does not "win" per se. Gives opponents a chance to draw well for 2 or 3 turns while you draw lands.- Ill-Gotten Inheritance: Only wins the game (does not block). The life gain is not enough to offset this.- Cauldron Familiar: The best of the rest. Blocks, attacks, gains life, gets sacrificed. It does necessitate the inclusion of sub-par cards like Candy Trail or Heaped Harvest at the cost of Ichor Wellspring.Transmogrant can compete in combat with a lot of the format after it gets Retrofitted. It is also a good sac target that comes back at instant speed to steal the initative/monarchy.

The sideboard is thus aimed at Mono Red - Weather the Storm, Fangren Marauder, Drown in Sorrow.Affinity - Fangren Marauder, Ancient Grudge.Anything slow or Blue - Duress.The goal is to handle most of the top Metagame decks to a point of a 3-2 or better average MTGO League record.
