I need attrition to work in Pauper, and if there can be no victory, then I will fight forever (I refuse to admit I have a problem).Pestilence! Is it good? It hoses a lot of decks, especially Glee, Mono White, and your usual critical mass decks like Elves, Familiars, Slivers, Walls, etc. From there we stock up on everything necessary to make the enchantment viable, so Cat, Transmogrant, Food, Deadly Disputes, removal, etc.Spellbomb to shore up long grindy games and Terror matchups, Toxin Analysis to fuck up Gruul.I have my doubts about this deck, but the initial testing seems promising. Just like most pox-type decks, the heavy emphasis on reactive gameplay is your biggest bane and boon. That said, the deck has the tools to defeat more or less anything, it's just a matter of fine-tuning the numbers and seeing how the odds stack up.NOTE: Perhaps fewer Cottages and more Deserts and/or Bogs are the way to go. These lands can be either extremely high impact or lose you the game because they result in a smaller Defile. And that really carries over to many of the cards in the deck; either extremely impactful, or pitiful in the face of much more powerful plays from the opponent.
Prevent your opponent from executing their gameplan while slowly suffocating them with cats and disease and sepulchers and what not. You have a surprising amount of game against a lot of different decks just because of how extremely polarized your cards are. Desert for example can completely demolish any offense a Faeries opponent can put up while you set up. Pestilence can just about end the game against Glee as soon as it resolves. Rats + Toxin Analysis wipes the floor with Gruul. Surviving the initial onslaught against Mono Red leaves you drawing cantrips that gain 3 life. And so on and so on. However, for every triumphant high-impact play there is a dead draw. This deck could never hope to be as good as anything in Tier 1, but it can compete with almost anything in the format.

You silly goose, Pox isn't legal in pauper ;).Maybe throw in a Blood Fountain for sac targets, move through dead draws, and fetching back the rat and/or the troll that you either ditch for a swamp or nuke. Only thing I could think of.

I am heavily considering a one-of Fountain. I really like this deck as it has shown real promise but has so so so many flex spots. Like how many Deserts, and Eviscerator's Insights and Cast Downs do we want? And maindeck spellbomb? And aaaaaa. I love it. Wish I had more time to play.
