I present Pauper Pox with all the rod-stiffening attrition action that ought to entail!Gary is dead, long live Tithing Blade!Essentially, you need to beat Glitters decks and Faeries decks. This requires a mixture of card advantage and readily available, flexible removal, ideally of the sort that is immune to Spellstutter Sprites. The deck hopes to emulate the gameplan of Golgari Gardens with a greater emphasis on removal and slower wins that follow on the heels of complete strangleholds on games. Hence no Avenging Hunters.I have no idea whether the deck is any good but it sure does beat the shit out of Faeries. The main test of viability will be whether you can also compete against other control decks and/or burn. Also, the deck has virtually no way to take back the initiative and the gameplan is so slow that something like Golgari Gardens is probably a neigh-unwinnable matchup. Though Rotten Reunion attempts to remedy this: They go Hunter you go Reunion -> kill the hunter, steal the initiative, hold the advantage for enough turns to make it impossible for the opponent to recover in time? The fact that you intend to win without creatures gives you a massive edge agaisnt any slow decks that intend to win with creatures and without counterspells.
Trade 1 for 1 or better, with a constant stream of card advantage from artifacts and instants. Then secure the win via a slow drain job, a fountain full of trolls, or an inexhaustible library via Campfire.

Maybe think about Burglar Rat? I'm not familiar with this format whatsoever, but it seems like it would fit. Even material that helps the 7 sac outlets and is a cheap target for your blade.

Too low impact unfortunately. Pauper is essentially legacy without the bullshit, people won't storm you out, or vomit out an Emrakul on turn 3 but you can't get away with much in the format without getting trampled by powerful interactions or tempo decks that are only a few taplands and Force of Will behind those of legacy. But the deck needs Khalni Garden and Weather the Storm in the sideboard, otherwise the math regarding the card advantage sacrifice instants doesn't work out, and the burn matchup is needlessly difficult without the ability to gain 9 to 15 life on a whim.
