Karn and Ensnaring Bridge are just too slow. The format is Dimir, Mono Red, Eldrazi, and unfair decks that hope to completely ignore Frog. Frogs and Tamiyos can go under bridge, Eldrazi can blow it up, and Karn just fucking dies. Thus we go the big goyf energy route. Though it appears there is tension between 7 symmetrical edicts and 5 maindeck goyfs, there really isn't. The reactive nature of the deck, the Saga play patterns, and the way games against creature decks unfold all but guarantee we Innocent Blood before we Goyf and that we will always be happy about it. Unconditional removal is just too good right now.
Don't die.The deck is very reactive, and you do live and die by drawing answers to threats. Another very real problem that pox never solved is topdecking discard and dark rituals on turn 11. These two timeless issues aside, the deck lines up extremely well against Dimir and Eldrazi.

No fetch lands to feed the goyfs?

The theory is that between wasteland, saga, smallpox, liliana, and factory enough lands will hit the bin. How the tradeoff on escaping Nethergoyf and fetch lifeloss works out I do not know. But I think it's really important for the pox community - all 7 of us - to figure that out as it's one of those small edges the gaining of which the entire deck is built around. Especially as exiling saga ticks off two cards types but also probably shrinks all goyfs as there are not many enchantments floating around.
