I think i'm the only one making budget midrange decks, so to keep it up i made this. . . And i must say that i love it!NOTE: 150 budget decks, WOW thank you all for your support, i didn't even notice that this deck was 150th, well it is a great one and it has my favorite non shard 3 color combination and my second favorite playstyle.Run Siege Rhino if you have them or want the decck to be betterBEST CARDS:Obzedat, Ghost Council: great creature, gives you a life drain effect when you want or a 5/5 attacker when you want. Great utility, body and cost.Thragtusk: COME ON! IT'S THRAG!!Oblivion Ring: kills anything, bob, goyf, ajani, jace, Assemble the legion. . .
As any other midrange deck you use high value creatures, distribution and removal to overcome any situation and win. Your main focus is gonna be a Deadbridge Goliath turn 3 and a Bloodgift Demon and Thrag turn 4 or 3, after that you try to get Bloodgift and Vampire Nighthawk going to get a huge card advantage and kill your opponent.Against control you need Dreg Mangler and early Thrag, demon and goliath, that's it. Against aggro you board in Centaur Healer, and another Thrag, all your creatures are walls they have to get through, plus the 11 kill spells won't make it easy for them, turn 3 thrag or goliath will be extremely effective. In a mirror you need to get bloodgift going and attacking, the deon and obzedat will be your best friends. Always remember that the ability to ramp in this deck is amazing, try to do it as effectively as you can. And remember that you are a midrange deck, you can overcome anyone and anything. . .My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
