Well now, I am a golgari player if anything, the graveyard is what I love and attrition is how I like to play and though this deck is not exactly those, it is close enough and is quite cheap for me as I already have most of the cards, especially the more expensive ones. It's a midrange deck with Vengevines becasue I love those and they aren't exactly bad you know. Some of the more interesting inclusions:the aforementioned vengevines: Well, seeing as how we run 4 finks and 4 crawlers exile spells will be poor against us, why not further that a bit? Vengevine gives the deck an amazing late game, the kind that goyf and bob provide in the non-budget rock decks.Gravecrawler: It is mainly here because the vine wants it to but it is also great with Kalitas, Grim Backwoods and loves to eat path to exile. The early aggro helps too.Phyrexian Arena: Not bob and it dies to abrupt decay but the deck needs some way of drawing a bunch as soon as possible and this is the next best thing to bob.Putrid Leech: This guy has got a lot going for him, he's a 2 mana 4/4 which is amazing, he's a zombie for Gravecrawler, he survives bolt and the life loss is either irrelevant and replenishable or affordable.
You try to curve out, take your opponents best spell with duress, kill a thing or two and just snowball into unstoppability. You have cards to survive the early game and cards to just get you a ton of value, often they do both.
